Applications should be filled out as accurately and truthfully as possible. Incomplete applications are prone to rejection. Submission of payment and application does not guarantee acceptance into the society.

Applicants must verify qualifications, American Polygraph Association compliance, and licensure where required. Board can request documentation or demonstration. Unanimous vote by the board applies to initial admission only.
