The ILEPA name, logo, and related marks are the property of the Illinois Law Enforcement Polygraph Association. Representation of membership or affiliation is restricted to current members in good standing. Any false claim of membership, unauthorized use of the ILEPA name or logo, or implied endorsement will be subject to civil enforcement action.
